Lucy is a civil engineering technical specialist and evangelist for Autodesk. In this role, Lucy serves as a consultant to planning, architectural, surveying, engineering, and construction businesses helping them to leverage the power of 3D modeling and project management technologies. She also guides architectural and civil development project stakeholders in seeking optimum design and outcome by embracing sustainability, communication, collaboration methodologies, and the overall BIM process. Prior to Autodesk, Lucy was a principal partner in a civil engineering and land surveying firm based in Santa Fe, New Mexico and has practiced in New Mexico, Colorado, and Arizona. Lucy received her engineering degree from The Ohio State University and has been working with civil/survey/GIS and architectural software applications since 1989.
Lucy hosts the AutoCAD® Civil 3D® Resource Center which is a web-based information portal showcasing solution software. She is featured in the AutoCAD Civil 3D Solution Series webcasts.

Eddie Perlberg is a Design Visualization Technical Specialist for Autodesk's Design Visualization Solutions. Prior to his current position at Autodesk, Eddie had spent the last 17 years directly involved with the Architectural industry. Eddie began his career as an intern architect before working for an Autodesk reseller to help customers with their implementation of Autodesk solutions including Architectural Desktop, Revit and Autodesk VIZ and 3ds max. Most recently before joining Autodesk, Eddie worked at various firms including R.A. Smith as a Project Manager for the visualization department and as CAD Manager for Kohl's Department Stores and Kahler Slater Architects. Eddie is also a contributing instructor at Autodesk University for many visualization focused classes.

Since then he gained design experience in other disciplines including power and lighting, HVAC, and architectural design. William has worked in various fields within the AEC industry, including O&M design work on a major pharmaceutical account for Johnson Controls, Inc. Most recently, before coming to Autodesk he was performing plumbing, piping and mechanical design coordination for a major mechanical contractor in Kansas City, MO. Brian is a licensed structural engineer with over 10 years of building design and consulting experience. Prior to joining Autodesk in August 2008 as Technical Specialist with emphasis on Revit Structure, he worked for Architectural Engineers Collaborative for six years and then ran his own firm, MJ Structures, for over four years. Brian is well-versed in all structural materials – structural steel, concrete, wood, and masonry – and has designed a variety of structures including single-family residential, commercial and office buildings, parking garages, and mixed-use facilities. He has assisted with setting up and maintaining IT systems for the design offices and has excelled in his knowledge of production and design software including AutoCAD, Revit Structure, RAM Structural System, and RISA 3D. He earned a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and also worked for Hensel Phelps Construction Co as a field engineer during and immediately after college. Brian lives in Austin, Texas with his wife, Anne, two children, Aidan and Catherine, and three cats. Brian plays drums and percussion and has been in a few local Austin bands. Gary M. Davis began his career after receiving a BFA in Computer Graphics from Bowling Green State University in 1992. Since that time, he has been heavily involved in visual effects and motion graphics for numerous clients in television, film, video games and architectural visualization projects. After spending nearly six-years developing ride films and digital photography systems for themed entertainment venues, at the turn of the Millennium he formed visualZ, LLC. From 2004-2007, Davis served as the only independent, worldwide certified training specialist for 3ds Max, Combustion and Toxik. During this time he also authored The Focal Easy Guide to Combustion. At the SigGraph 2007 Conference, Davis was awarded the title of Autodesk 3ds Max Master 2007. Shortly thereafter, he joined the Media and Entertainment Division of Autodesk as a Solutions Engineer specializing in 3D animation and compositing software solutions. The headquarters building project was an opportunity for Autodesk to implement several new trends in the building industry, including integrated project delivery (IPD), sustainable design, and the technology underpinning all of them – building information modeling (BIM). This session will highlight this real-life, Autodesk project.
